Buffet and Lugana wines with the Mayor of Sirmione at Talent Kitchen Food Hub

On Saturday 30 September 2023 the courtyard of Talent Kitchen Food Hub, at Via Colombare 49 in Sirmione, hosted an event attended by the Mayor of Sirmione. Talent Kitchen took care of the catering: a long outdoor buffet, Lugana wines and service by our staff, while guests visited the coworking spaces and were interviewed in front of our backdrop.
The buffet
On a single wooden counter we served a selection of finger food designed for a large, mixed crowd, to enjoy standing up:
- focaccia with cherry tomatoes and rustic savoury tarts
- sandwiches and squares of frittata and tarts
- savoury muffins with salami
- cured meat platters
- grain salad with seasonal vegetables
The wines
At the wine counter we poured three local Lugana DOC wines: Capotesta, Famiglia Olivini and Marangona, alongside water and soft drinks branded Santa, our group's pizzeria.
The spaces
During the event guests toured the Food Hub and the coworking space, and video interviews were recorded to tell the Talent Kitchen story.
