How do I order? Can I build a 6-bottle case with different wines?

Choose wines and boxes in the shop, add them to your cart and complete your order at checkout: the order is accepted once we send you a written order confirmation. You don't have to buy six bottles of the same wine: you can build your 6-bottle case with all different labels, to taste several areas of the lake – Lugana, Valtènesi and Chiaretto, Bardolino, Franciacorta – in a single shipment.

How much is shipping and how can I pay?

Is there a discount code?

Yes: with the code GARDA5 you get an extra 10% off orders of €300 or more. The code can be used once per customer.

Gift boxes and corporate boxes

What's inside the gift boxes?

Our gift boxes bring together wines and local specialities already paired: from the Garda Aperitivo (a Lugana and a Chiaretto with Garda extra virgin olive oil and aperitivo treats) to the Lake Garda Wine Journey (five wines from five areas) and the Garda Grand Selection. A box costs less than buying the same products individually: each product page shows the comparison, item by item.

When is the Lake Garda Experience Box available?

The Lake Garda Experience Box – three wines, olive oil, aged cheese and salami, artisan pasta, sbrisolona cake and the lake guide – is available only from October to April, so that cheese and cured meats always travel at the right temperature. Cheese and salami are vacuum-packed.

Do you make custom corporate boxes?

Yes, on request we put together custom boxes as gifts for clients, staff or events. Contact us and we'll build the proposal together.

Wine and responsible drinking

How should I store and serve Lake Garda wines?

Serving temperatures, food pairings and practical tips are collected in our guides: the Lugana guide and the Chiaretto of Valtènesi guide.

Who can buy wine on Gardafoody?

Sales of wine and alcoholic beverages are restricted to adults aged 18 or over: by placing an order you declare that you are at least 18. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe the customer is under 18. Please drink responsibly.

Cancellation, withdrawal and warranty

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped: in that case you receive a full refund of the price paid for the products.

Can I return products?

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, by returning them in the same condition in which you received them and at your own expense. By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products or to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Full details are in our terms of sale.

What if a product arrives defective?

We guarantee that products match their description on the website and are free from defects. If you find a defect, let us know within 8 days of receipt: we will replace the product or refund the price paid. See our terms of sale.

Gardafoody is a project of SANTA S.A.S. di Sanfelici Luca e C., Via Colombare 49, 25019 Sirmione (BS), Italy: the same team behind Santa, the pizzeria in Desenzano del Garda, and Talent Kitchen, the food and wine experience space in Sirmione.
