Ramen and noodles class in Sirmione
Ramen and noodles class in Sirmione
Ramen was born in China, travelled to Japan and brings together the best of both cuisines: a rich, hot broth, noodles and toppings, the perfect comfort food for cold evenings. In our class in Sirmione you learn to make it from scratch.
What the class is like
Everyone works together at the counter with the chef: we knead the noodles by hand, roll and cut the dough, make the broth and cook everything on the spot. At the end everyone builds their own bowl and we sit down to eat what we made.
What you learn
- Handmade noodle dough and rolling it with the pasta machine
- A rich, tasty broth, the base of every ramen
- Cooking the noodles and building the bowl with toppings
The chef
Mirco Telini, chef de cuisine with 19 years of experience in Italian kitchens and a great passion for Asian flavours, which runs through all of Talent Kitchen's Japanese cooking classes.
Good to know
In the new edition ramen is paired with hand-folded gyoza. If you are only interested in Japanese dumplings, see our gyoza class.
