Produced exclusively from one of the estate's cru vineyards, after late ripening on the vine and careful selection of the bunches. Long ageing on the fine lees and extended time in bottle give the wine elegant, mature aromas. Straw yellow in colour, it is full and round on the palate, backed by solid structure and remarkable persistence.
