A vintage sparkling wine of intense yellow colour, with an elegant, rich bouquet showing spicy and yeasty notes; on the palate it is powerful, fresh and complex.

Pinot Nero 50%, Chardonnay 50%

WINEMAKING
The grapes are soft-pressed so that only the free-run juice is separated; it ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 15 °C, where the resulting base wine then matures for 6-7 months.
