6,000–7,000 kg per hectare.

HARVEST
First ten days of October, hand-picked into small crates.

VINIFICATION
White vinification with gentle pressing, extracting at most 50% free-run juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

AGEING
24 months in stainless steel tanks.

BOTTLING
September/October of the second year after harvest.
Released after 6 months of bottle rest.

CHARACTERISTICS
A Lugana of great character, deep yellow with golden highlights, robust yet velvety. The grapes are carefully selected from vineyards over 55 years old. It offers a particularly rich bouquet in which cool, mineral notes blend harmoniously with ripe fruit. Its rich aroma, with hints of hazelnut and an elegant almond finish, makes it a great match not only for fish but also for pasta dishes, grilled meat, risottos and cheeses.
