Cooking classes

Evening classes and masterclasses with chefs and professionals, maximum 15 participants, bookable and payable online from the class calendar. Prices per person: evening classes €90 (€70 early bird); koji masterclass €120 (€90 early bird); panettone over two mornings €240 (€180 early bird). Topics: sushi, ramen and gyoza, gluten-free pizza, homemade panettone (also vegan), fermentation and koji, fresh pasta. Every class can also be booked privately for groups: private classes.

Private chef and catering

Private chef in villas with tailored menus and 6-course fine dining paired with Garda wines; live pizza catering; catering for weddings and corporate events up to 150 guests.
