FOOD PAIRING
Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

HARVEST
Hand-picked in mid-September.

WINEMAKING
Whole berries macerate on the skins for 6 hours, followed by pressing to obtain only the free-run juice. Fermentation and maturation take place over a few months, entirely in stainless steel tanks.
